These credits are static letters on a solid background and not superimposed on the action. This brings a pause to the action and the music so the audience can focus on the words

I personally think these types of credits mixed in with the type of action and music don't work too well and prefer superimposed credits, Although it does make the audience focus on it.

From this i would say the the longer more in depth opening credits are more effective as look more professional with more names
